I have not hit a weight room in over three years, in MMA we primarily focus on our core and work it into each session. As with MMA Triathletes focus on the core as well, I found a nice quick video via triathlon.competitor.com which show three easy exercise.

Duke’s Canoe Club Waikiki

Duke’s Canoe Club Waikiki is one of the must visit staples in while in Oahu. The all you can eat salad bar alone is worth the visit, which is available all day. Not much lettuce to be found although the Mac salad and Hawaiian rolls will suffice. Reasonably priced this is great place to watch the sun set. (More Pics from Duke’s)

The Outrigger  snorkel & sail is time well spent, while we only saw one turtle on the sail it was overall enjoyable.  There were a few that stated during the snorkel they saw more turtles? The Outrigger is the only outfit left on Oahu that will let you sit on the front netting while in sail.  I highly recommend buying the “Outrigger Drink”, refills are inexpensive and are good for life.
